He, er, no longer sells sea shells from his Novigrad store. But that's okay, because we've found another little nifty trick that will enable you to maximise your profits in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on the PlayStation 4. While this one takes a little longer than the previous exploit, it guarantees you a tidy profit, which will allow you to keep Geralt furnished with fine hilts for his various long swords.
We've outlined the full process above; follow it step by step and you'll be glugging your swallow potions from diamond-encrusted chalices in no time. Of course, if you've got any other money making schemes up your sleeve, then feel free to flog them in the comments section below. We're off to waste our coin on Gwent cards, 'cos... Well, it sure beats running the errands of ungrateful peasants.

I didnt have a problem with currency. Finished the game today at about level 35 with Mastercrafted Feline armor and weapons. Even respecced several times, which isnt cheap.
I've about 40k in the bank for a rainy day, also still got 200 shells sat in my inventory, while I've finished most of the main story I've got loads of velen and skelleg to explore.
Good game, although to me graphics are horrible, like better in inquisition, but great story,2 hours in
@SeahorseLegs Graphics are horrible?!! Where is that Kramer GIF?!!? This is easily the best looking game on PS4 right now. that's not even subjective.
@SeahorseLegs Im guessing you're playing with the TV off…
@seahorselegs I think you may be playing with your eyes half shut or not using a HDMI lead (is that even possible with ps4??) Wtf?? There's NOTHING horrible about the way witcher looks...
Probably a dumb question, but can't you delete the patch, make a bazillion gold with seashells and update after that? (Not home to try it myself so I'm asking you guys)
@calin1010 No, 'cos your save is tied to the version of the game you're playing.
Didn't have to use any money glitch to make money or level, i'd love it if they could somehow delete all progress cheater's make in these game's and yes it is cheating, just because this website decides to tell everyone about glitch's doesnt make it not cheating, completed the game on hardest difficulty and my only complaint is it was to easy.
Easy way to make money: Play the game as per usual and end up with more money than needed anyway
@xMEADx If it was online multiplayer it would be annoying but if someone wants to "cheat" on a single player game then I'm not too fussed personally.
I've never had the need to, I've got enough money without exploits.
@milero91 I have to disagree cheating is cheating but life would be boring if we agreed on everything.
@SeahorseLegs I would love to see your idea of great graphics. These are some of the best graphics so far this gen. Dragon Age does not have better graphics, close but not better. I feel sorry for your girlfriend when she asks, do I look nice in this dress, and you reply, no, you look horrible lol.
It's a shame there isn't more of a purpose for money. It just kind of accumulates, barely being slowed down by the odd repair bill and occassional upgrade of your armour and weapons. At the start it can seem more of an issue, but I've recently made a push through the main quest and now have over 11,000 crowns at level 17 and have been buying all the recipes I see as well as some alchemy ingredients.
WRPGs often have this problem. JRPGs tend to find better ways to use your money, even if it's just a novelty things like buying the house in Costa Del Sol for 300,000 gil in FFVII.
@Gr3ggl3s HOW?! I am level 27 playing on death march and I'm super poor and I don't spend alot.
