In some rather impressive news, it's been revealed that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has exceeded one million pre-orders worldwide. With the open world adventure releasing in just over a week's time, that number's bound to be going up, too.

Pre-ordering games has been drifting in and out of fashion for a while now, and while many would argue against encouraging such a practice, it's abundantly clear that a heck of a lot of people are up for some current-gen gritty fantasy.
