There are a ton of guns to unlock in Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare's multiplayer offering, but which ones are the most effective? Well, according to Sledgehammer Games' Michael Condrey, these are the top five armaments and variants that have the best kill-to-death ratios in the release:
- 1. ARX-160 - Hole Puncher
- 2. Ameli - Heavy
- 3. HBRa3 - Insanity
- 4. Bal-27 - O.Steed5. Pytaek - Loophole

Given my usually poor performance in Call of Duty online, I'm probably not using the good weapons.
Also, I'm terrible at Call of Duty online. In that rare instance when I was the top player on my team, I usually quip, "boy, our team sucked."
I'm usually too insanely and relentlessly blood thirsty, ill dve into all situations without hesitation blasting away. I don't ever recall being top of the board in CoD Ghost or AW. My style seems to pay off more in Destiny though
@Quorthon have you tried camping? I looooove camping. Honestly it's the best way to play once you figure out all the spots. Hide in a corner / rooftop, wait for someone to come running past, kill them, then move on to the next camping spot (or not). It's easy, rewarding, and actually fun IMHO.
Also, I agree with the ARX-160...that had been my weapon of choice here for sure, especially while camping.

I personally am loving the AE4 widowmaker from the DLC. So many guns to tinker with though
Now, I'm not that great on cod, but I've stuck with a modified KF5 mostly. It sucks at long range, but the fire rate is insane and I find it perfect for most close quarters situations. AK12 is my backup.
