The psychological Scarecrow missions were one of the best aspects of Batman: Arkham Asylum, so it’s exciting to learn that they’ll be making a comeback in Batman: Arkham Knight – exclusively on the PlayStation 4. The trailer embedded below reveals the third and final part of the Ace Chemicals infiltration mission that Warner Bros has been teasing for a while now, and shows the Dark Knight using the Batmobile remotely in order to solve puzzles – and also to take down choppers.
It then concludes with a sneak peek at the title’s special Dr. Jonathan Crane-inspired add-on, which plants the Caped Crusader in a hazy environment, as he attempts to drive away from the looming super villain in a dilapidated environment. The sequel’s due out next year on Sony’s super machine, so expect much more to be unveiled in the months leading up to release. Has this video convinced you to pick up the forthcoming foray? So, Killer Croc didn't end up eating the good doctor? Excellent. And predictable. But still excellent.
@Godsire- This information is actually revealed at the end of Arkham Asylum, it's one of three alternative endings. The titan crate is grabbed by either Bane, Killer Croc or Scarecrow. Unfortunately the endings are random, with Scarecrow seemingly being the rarest.
Juicy
I'm not sure Scarecrow is the main villain in this one, is he? That's the Arkham Knight, right?
@get2sammyb I thinks it's like city were hugo strange/ra's al ghul and joker were both main villians. I think knight will have both the arkham knight (wich I still think is prometheus) and scarecrow as the main vilkains
The more I see of this the less excited I get. Yes it's going to be great as Rocksteady are back in charge but it just looks like more of the same with a Batmobile thrown in. More of the same with a few things added on that add nothing is why Origins sucked.
Whatever happened to Hush? Anyway I was buying this from the moment I knew it exsisted. Love the rocksteady Arkham games.
