That’s our way of saying that the industry has gone to sleep for the weekend, as there’s very little non-Black Friday related news filtering out. The best that we can do is an announcement of an announcement, as Sony San Diego has hinted that MLB 15: The Show will be officially revealed at the platform holder’s forthcoming PlayStation Experience fan convention.

It’s safe to assume that the exclusive will deploy on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita, but additional details are unsurprisingly scarce at the time of typing. Since the cancellation of 2K Games’ competing baseball title, this franchise has become increasingly important to Sony – primarily because it’s the only option for fans of the American sport. It helps that the releases themselves score rave reviews year in, year out as well, we suppose.
