Diablo III: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition has looted The Last of Us Remastered’s fungal infected corpse, breaking the Naughty Dog developed exclusive’s four week winning streak by topping the UK sales charts. The first-party release finished up in second, one spot ahead of Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare, which grew up the charts into third on the back of its overdue PlayStation release.
Elsewhere, the best sellers list paints a predictable picture, with Call of Duty: Ghosts, Watch Dogs, and Minecraft all occupying the top slots. Tales of Xillia 2 was perhaps the most unexpected new addition, with the JRPG valiantly battling its way into tenth position. I assume it will. I feel like Destiny will be able to sell to a lot of different types of gamers. Your going to of course grab the fps crowd, but I also think they will grab a lot of the rpg and mmo group as well. It is hitting on all fronts, and hitting hard. I know I am excited about it. We need to setup a forum where we can share psn ids for people who are going to play destiny, for the end game raids.

I don't think the fps crowd will stick around to be honest. I played the Beta and felt pretty underwhelmed, I'm more interested in Evolve.

I find it funny that The Last of Us and Diablo 3 were games from last gen and are also best sellers on PS4. I have both again this gen as they're so much fun. It stands as a testament to the power of PlayStation.
Im sure I read somewhere that all previous Uncharted games were going to be ported across to PS4 as a bundle. I would definitely double dip on those. If thats true maybe they should have been set to release alongside the Halo box set. Would be interesting to see which one sells the most.
@WARDIE 100% agree, the Uncharted triiogy would a great way for Sony to say "This is our final remaster"
@adf86 True but I understand why we're getting so many remasters on PS4. There're alot of gamers coming over to PS4 who had XBOX's last gen and missed out on some truly amazing games. Also next gen systems never really have many games for the first twelve months of there life so having the best of last gen remasters really helps fill that void and gives the first party devs a chance to finish there projects. I agree with you though, it would be a great way to finish up the remasters and also compete with the Halo bundles sales.
Diablo3: Ultimate Evil Edition has a lot of content thats not on the PS3 version, not only that the PS4 Version will be getting the patches to keep it up to date. It's a excellent game with a lot of replay value, good to see it doing well.
I for one agree as i didnt have ps3. Last of us is masterpiece but of course diablo will crush it, its a different genre
I'm excited for destiny too, hope it's as good as it should be. Destiny and senran kagura will be my main games for september
fantastic game, been hooked ever since i got it...it's like the put crack in the game or something
No surprises about Diablo it was sold out in most shops, I wonder how Metro will sell.
