Incredibly, people are still pulling secrets out of last week’s Silent Hills playable teaser. Considering that the demo was built by Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima, it’s perhaps no real surprise – but this latest Easter egg maintains a long running tradition. If you’ve played a Silent Hill game before, you’ll know that they often include secret endings involving aliens. And, unbelievably, there’s a reference to extraterrestrials in the P.T. demo.
In the loop after the one involving the baby in the fridge, the radio will play a subliminal message. We assumed that it was just mumbo jumbo, but it turns out that it’s actually Swedish dialogue discussing Martians. “The radio drama from 75 years ago was the truth,” it states. “They are here on our Earth, and they oversee all.” The aforementioned broadcast that it’s referencing is most likely Orson Welles’ adaptation of War of the Worlds, which hit US airwaves in 1938.
Of course, this has all led to speculation that the next title in Konami’s survival horror series will focus on extraterrestrials, but we reckon that it's more likely to be Kojima and his crew messing around. It’s incredible that people are still finding secrets in this 20 minute demo, though – it makes us want to dive back in and see what else we can uncover. Have you found any other Easter eggs in P.T.? Let us know in the comments section below.

How/where do I download this, can't find it in the ps store?
@Flurpsel Search for 'P.T.'. Alternatively, if you look in your What's New section and someone has played it, click on it, and you'll get a link to the download page.
It's lasted me hours

thanks for your response! I found it in the what's new section. I don't understand why it's allways so difficult to find things in the PS store. I think it's literally the worst interface I've ever used (not counting DOS, but dammit it's getting close .
@Flurpsel strange, I think they've made massive steps up with the ps4 interface. Each to their own though. It would be helpful if their search functioned a little more like a Google search, checking for keywords and similarities rather than a precise match. I think that could help a lot!
@SteveButler2210 I think the playstation menu (what do they call it, XMB?) works very well, especially on the ps4 where you can still run your game in the background. I'm talking specifically about the playstation store, you just don't have any oversight. This being a prime example, this P.t. must be getting tons of downloads but I can't find it in the new/popular releases, nor can I find it with the search function..
And on ps3 it's even worse because it's very slow and sluggish. Sometimes I just want to see if there are any new demo's out, but after a couple of minutes on the ps store I allways lose my patience...
maybe it's just me though
20 minute demo? Ha ha bull s***.
I've spent hours trying to get the baby to laugh a second time and still haven't been able to pull it off.
@Flurpsel it could be found in the demo section...since it practically is a demo
this P.T. is the best thing since forever and i wish they would make PLAYABLE TEASER PART2 !!!
I´m from sweden and when me and my friend played the demo and heard the radio we thought it was mumbo jumbo but then we heard it was our language, kinda cool . I would love to se more games do this kind of trailers/demos
@Rapidaz
i hope you meant to post that twice, it fits the P.T. demo nicely
i cant believe ive wasted time i will never get back on PT demo.
Just played it, pretty awesome. as a teaser it sure does the job
@Flurpsel The best way I found to search the PSN is by going to all games and sort by newest - or just search for the title you want. It's not THAT bad - but it could be a bit better.
Yeah I spent an hour erroneously trying to run around the burry red circuit as many times as the number they whisper to you. I still can't get the baby to cry or call or what the heck you do. It's like GZ being "2 hours" long.
This is Swedish. Here's the actual Swedish spoken, with new translations:
Slut dina ögon.
(Close your eyes.)
Låt dina öron lyssna till radion.
(Let your ears listen in to the radio.)
Hör du min röst?
(Do you hear my voice?)
Kan du höra din egen själs skrik?
(Can you hear the screams of your own soul?)
Låt oss välja: min röst som förtäljer framtiden, eller dina plågade [fog?].
(Let us choose: my voice, which tells the future, or your tormented [struggles?].)
Nå? Vad väljer du?
(Well? What do you choose?)
Du kan välja.
(You can choose.)
Ditt liv. Din framtid!
(Your life. Your future!)
Klok som du är, så kanske du redan upptäckt det.
(Wise as you are, you may already have noticed.)
Då radiodramat från 75 år sedan var sanning.
(As the radio drama from 75 years ago was the truth.)
De är här, på vår jord. Och de övervakar och ser allt.
(They are here, on our Earth. And they oversee and see all.)
Lita ej på nyheterna. Lita ej på polisen. De är redan kontrollerade av dem.
(Don't trust the news. Don't trust the police. They are already controlled by them.)
Så har det varit i 75 år nu. Endast [vår mästare?] kan hålla dem.
(So has it been for 75 years now. Only [our master?] can keep them [at bay].)
Du har en rätt. En rätt att bli en av oss. Så välkommen till vår värld.
(You have a right. A right to become one of us. So welcome to our world.)
Mycket snart öppnas portarna till en ny dimension.
(Very soon, the gates to a new dimension will open.)

@krazy-malicious Freaking Amazing! Thank you for sharing the whole thing
on another note the 204863 is most likely a reference to Hideo Kojima's Birth Date.

◾Follow the corridor until you reach the clock and zoom in on it. You should notice that time appears to be passing this time. Listen to it tick until you hear a midnight chime.
◾Your next task is to get a baby to laugh three times. The first of these can be obtained by walking ten paces or so.
◾The second laugh is a little harder to get started. We achieved it by inspecting the radio, phone, and mirror. If you walk up and down the ‘L’ shaped corridor between focusing on these objects, you’ll eventually come into contact with a ghostly figure. There appears to be no real rhyme or reason to these encounters – some claim that having a microphone plugged into the console and making random noises help – so just keep plodding backwards and forwards until you get the second laugh.
◾Once you hear the second laugh, stay still and your controller will rumble. Remain steady until the rumbling passes. You should hear a third laugh.
◾Finally, the phone at the bottom of the hallway will ring. Focus on it using R3 and you will answer it. Exit through the door at the bottom of the staircase to complete the game.
If you can't get the 2nd laugh to happen using the steps above, try plugging in the earphone/mic that came with your PS4 and speak into it. That was the trick that worked for me.
