Strategic RPG Natural Doctrine has been on our radar for many moons now, so we're happy to learn that it finally has a concrete western release date. Earlier today, the team over at NIS America announced that the tactical title will be launching for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and Vita on 16th September in North America, and 19th September in Europe.
What's more, it was revealed that a special edition of the game will also be releasing. The fancy bundle will include the game, as well as an art book and a nifty backpack. Most exciting of all, though, is the inclusion of a tear resistant poster of the title's absolutely gorgeous cover art. Seriously, just look at that box - it's outrageously pretty.
Do you plan on picking up Natural Doctrine, or will Destiny be holding your PS4 ransom come September? Let us know in the comments section below.

I'm aware its cross save, I'm guessing it ain't cross buy?
@SimonAdebisi No, unfortunately it isn't cross-buy. Which kinda makes the cross-save much less noteworthy, but there you go.
I don't really have my finger on the gaming pulse so this game is news to me. As an arty chap myself I enjoy seeing artful things in games (hence my love of indie games) and even if that box art isn't indicative of how the style of the game itself is, that is a very pretty box none the less.
Vita needs more TRPGs. Can you hear me, Yoshi-kun? To tell you the truth, I played only TRPGs on PSP, they are good to play on the go. And here we go with Vita T___T.... Is there any TRPG on PSV at all, except Rainbow Moon and this? I am so much waiting for next TRPG from Shining Ark and Shining Blade and Senjou no valkyrie developers. I adored their games, to tell you the truth. So, Yoshi-kun, bring it on =).
Is this turn based?
Yes, this is my game right here- and I sure hope it's good! Fire Emblem instilled within me a lasting adoration of strategy RPG's, and this one seems to be a potential contender. Seeing as there's really no other good, classic SRPG's in the pipeline right now (except SMT x Fire Emblem, which is a ways off yet), I'm hoping Natural Doctrine exceeds expectations.
Platform of choice for Natural Doctrine? Vita. Gotta play SRPG's on the Vita.
