Now, before anyone gets too excited, Battlefield 4 will not be joining the Instant Game Collection on the PlayStation 3 any time soon. Instead, EA has opted to unlock the explosive shooter's multiplayer mode for a limited time in the coming days. If you're a PlayStation Plus member and live in North America, simply head over to the PlayStation Store and find the title's trial version.
Thankfully, you'll be able to shoot, sprint, shove, and steer your way through the popular game's entire online suite. With that said, this warm up exercise will expire after you've played for twenty hours, so make sure that you use your time wisely. It seems odd that this offer wouldn't also extend to the PlayStation 4 version, but then again, beggars can't be choosers.
Will you be taking advantage of this nifty offer, or will you be too busy hacking the peaceful streets of Chicago in Watch Dogs? Duck for cover in the comments section below.
