War is glorified in video games these days, where we are encouraged to slaughter our opponents as quickly as possible in order to nab a free nuke with which to punish any survivors. In Ubisoft's Valiant Hearts: The Great War, however, you'll witness the stories of normal citizens, who are dragged onto the front lines of World War I. You'll have plenty of time to recover from the inevitable 'thousand-yard stare', too, as this battle weary affair is set to start fighting on 25th June in North America and Europe – some several months before the more bombastic Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare deploys.
Using your brains and brawn, you'll experience the events of battle through the eyes of five characters who must band together to bring hope amid the destruction. With leads such as the German soldier Karl, who’s just trying to get back to his wife and child, and Anna, the Belgian veterinarian with a knack for healing, there'll be plenty of relatable personalities to make friends with. Alas, if you're worried that this war won't be up your alley, make sure to check out our preview of the game ahead of its release next month.

@memoryman3 Sadly not. While Child of Light made it to the Wii U, Valiant Hearts won't be.
I totally forgot about this game. More titles UbiArt is always good news. Mad keen.
This one looks like it will have a great story and interesting gamplay. Since i have a pretty sizeable backlog I wont be picking it up right away but Im definitely interested.
