In this gameplay trailer narrated by Gearbox Software’s James Lopez and 2K Australia’s Joel Eschler, you'll get to see quite a bit of what the upcoming last-gen shooter Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel has to offer. Spanning 15 minutes, there's plenty here to gawk at and time think to yourself, "Wow, this looks a lot like Borderlands."
Some of the game's biggest changes come courtesy of the new oxygen gauge. As it's set on the surface of the moon, the title will require you to collect and use oxygen to survive. It's not all doom, gloom, and suffocation, though, as you'll also be able to use the vital element to boost jump and pull off other low gravity manoeuvres. We also get a decent look at two of the release's new playable characters, as well as some fresh elemental weapons. Will you be taking your PlayStation 3 to the moon later this year? Insert obligatory PS4 port begging here.
I'm not sure this is going to be on Borderlands 2 level but still looks fun. I will probably get it on the cheap down the road.
The ice elements are pretty cool. I always loved those in Mass Effect 3.
I cant wait for this to release.
@Splat The cryo ammo in Mass Effect is exactly what I thought of when I saw this, too.
