A handful of lucky conduits may already have their copies of inFAMOUS: Second Son, but if you’re still waiting patiently for next week’s official release date, then feast your eyes on eight minutes of gameplay footage from the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive. This is based on the same demo that we played last week, which you can learn more about in our hands-on video and interview.
The clip focuses on the evil karmic route, with protagonist Delsin Rowe opting to silence a few protesters and DUP troops with his pink haired pal Fetch. As with previous releases in the property, there’ll be no need to exercise restraint when you’re playing as the bad guy, meaning that you can bomb as many people as you like. Which path will you be taking? Vote red or blue in the comments section below.

Lots of spoilers around the internet about inFAMOUS at the moment. Id advise people not to read comments about this game in other sites like I do from now on
Crackle has been showing the live action commerical for this non-stop. I've always played this game as an all out good guy, thats my nature, but if being bad means blowing up military dopes count me in.
Not watching the clip & trying to avoid any clips so I can experience everything myself
I used to be kind of interested I'm this game for a while because of how cool the city looked and stuff but after seeing this video I almost lost all and any interest I had before. Is this really representative of how the gameplay will be? It just looked so cheap, boring, generic and unimagnitive. Hope it proves me wrong as the re-creation of Seattle still appeals.

Do you like Infamous? How would you rate the game? I pre ordered Infamous Second Son, but I've never played any of the previous games in the franchise. I've heard some people say it's really good, others say it's so-so. What do you think?
Personally, I think the game looks MUCH funner in this video than the trailers led me to believe. Idk, the trailers just made it look, well, boring I guess. I mean, it looked ok, but this gameplay is so much better than I was anticipating. I'm actually starting to think I made the right call in pre ordering this game...
Can someone explain to me what the symbols mean in the upper and lower left hand corners? I see a skull in the top right, sometimes it's a dragon. And there's a long bar in the lower left hand corner, sometimes purple and sometimes a dull yellow. Also, there's 3 white missile-like icons above the purple bar. Can someone make sense of all this for me?
@JaxonH - "Do you like Infamous?"
I liked them both, but you have to remember 3rd person action games are pretty much all I play. Well I used to only play only JRPGs back in the PS1 days. Then platformers on PS2. But other than that 3rd person action.
I have to say I'm not a big fan of the light - dark dichotomy, I mentioned the other day I only play thru a game once, no extras, no trophy farming, just play thru the story. I liked inFamous 1 a whole lot better than Uncharted 1. OK I hated Uncharted so that's not saying much, and inFamous was years later, but better. inFamous 2 was off somehow but still worth playing for the endings. I did like the islands areas, some of the best graphics on PS3 I think.
I also grew up i NYC so the thought of riding atop subway cars while zapping people w/ lighting bolts was kind of a childhood dream of mine. And hover flying glyding, which comes later in the game, is my 2nd favorite game mechanic after the double jump. I spent most of my time playing thinking it would be a good Spiderman engine, better than Friend or For or Web of Shadows.
Oh, I've never played any of the AC games so I cant compare those even though they seem like a good comparison. I don't like stealth.
So I'ld definelty say play the first, and then decide on the 2nd.
