PS4 Blockbuster inFAMOUS: Second Son Recharging Its Powers in Japan

You could argue that the PlayStation 4’s sizeable delay in Japan is punishment for the country’s widespread adoption of mobile software, but we’re not sure that the few remaining console gamers deserve to have to wait for superhero adventure inFAMOUS: Second Son, too. Sadly, that’s exactly what they’re going to have to do, as Sony has confirmed that the Sucker Punch developed exclusive will not deploy until 22nd May in the East.

That means that the region’s 309,154 early adopters may be twiddling their thumbs for a few months. While the likes of Natural Doctrine and Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes are on the horizon, the system’s release schedule is starting to look a little thin in the Land of the Rising Sun. Let’s hope that someone has the good sense to make a few mah-jong games, as the nation can never get enough of those.
