The Jackdaw's stern first mate Adéwalé will soon be getting his time in the spotlight thanks to Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag's 'Freedom Cry' DLC. You'll play as the machete-wielding warrior as he fights to free slaves from the horrendous treatment that they endured at the time.
He certainly cuts a more imposing figure than the charming Captain Kenway, as you can see from the trailer that we've embedded. The content looks to be more of the same swashbuckling action that garnered so much praise in the original game, but the subject matter should prove to weave an interesting narrative. I got AC4 on the PS4 but haven't played it yet, as I still playing other PS4 games. But i'll be buying the DLC ready for when I do finish AC4.
i have ac freedom cry on ps3 and i love the stealth combat ship combat and exploring and the story and it is awesome to me thought not as good as ac 4 black flag
