Sound Shapes, We're Gonna Party Like It's Your Birthday

If you happened to spot a small circle being sick In Da Club last night, then you likely bumped into Sound Shapes’ first birthday celebration. The game is exactly a year old in North America today, and while it may have acknowledged that fact with a few too many shandies overnight, it’s planning to make up for its shameless dance floor antics with a host of giveaways and sales.

Starting from today – and running until 13th August – the title will be half-price in the North American PlayStation Store. You’ll also be able to nab all of the release’s DLC and avatars at 50 per cent off. Remember, the platformer is fully cross-buy compatible, so any items that you do purchase will work on both the PlayStation 3 and Vita.

In addition, if you post a birthday greeting in the game’s official anniversary forum thread before 13th August, you’ll be sent a download voucher for the Car Mini-Album and Entity Pack for free. Not bad, huh? Just don’t mention what the title got up to in the bathroom last night – no one needs to know about that.
