"Shepard... We have been hacked"

It was only yesterday that Mass Effect 3 producer Mike Gamble teased the impending arrival of additional single-player DLC for the popular space opera. But rather than patiently wait for the developer to officially share additional information, hackers have taken it upon themselves to crack open the recently released Extended Cut expansion and uncover the details right now.

Hidden amongst lines of code, the eager group discovered a reference to a character named Leviathan. Supposedly, the newcomer is a traitorous Reaper that indoctrinated a Batarian colony for an entire decade. If that flew straight over your head, then we’re going to assume you haven’t studied the Mass Effect Codex thoroughly enough.

With BioWare keeping schtum, it’s probably best to take this information with a pinch of salt. It sounds feasible though, doesn’t it?
