Be gone, evil beast

Outstanding controls and engaging audio are all well and good, but what is the point of them without creatures to kill? Ahead of next week’s launch, Sony has released the final entry in its Sorcery developer diary, focusing on the design of the foes from the final game.

Like the audio, the enemy design is based upon Celtic and Northern European influences. Enemies include banshees, war spirits and pixies. You can learn a little more about the character design in the video embedded below.

Sorcery launches exclusively on PlayStation 3 next week.
