PSN vampire download inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood is out soon, and you can pre-order it from the PlayStation Store now for just $9.99.
PlayStation Plus members can get a further reduction on the price, bringing it down to a rather good $7.99.
Remember you don't need either of the original inFAMOUS games to play Festival of Blood, but Sucker Punch has announced plans to bring Move support to inFAMOUS 2 in the near future.

I'll never really understand the concept of "pre-ordering" a digital release though haha.
Just saw this on the PSN store. I don't get the concept either.
Maybe it will autumatically start do download when you sign in the day it's released.

I still don't own Infamous 2 so I am glad that I can still play Festival of Blood without owning that game. I do plan on picking up Infamous 2 when I have some spare cash.
I've finally made up my mind. I'm pre-ordering this.

As good a game as inf2 is, there is really not enough replay value once you do both stories imo. It's an absolutely amazing game, but better for around $30-40 usd rather than $50-60.
