Good news: Final Fantasy Versus XIII director Tetsuya Nomura has made his way through the entirety of said title's world and is "impressed with how expansive everything is"

Speaking in Famitsu about the horribly over-developed title, Nomura confirmed that the PS3-exclusive's lighting engine has been overhauled using Square Enix's new Luminous engine. And that's your progress report for this month. Versus XIII is never coming out.
