Mass Effect 2 Will Cost You A Few Bob If You Choose To Purchase It From The PlayStation Store.

Mass Effect 2 is now available from the PlayStation Store for a whopping £47.99 / €59.99. Don't shoot the messengers. Don't even shoot Sony or EA. Unfortunately this is the stage we're at with digital distribution. Publishers can't undercut retailers because they still play such a huge part in the success of a product. Until we all finally move onto digital content for good, this will keep on happening.

Apparently some people are happy to pay for convenience though. Mass Effect 2's digital download version already has nine ratings. It saves a trip into town we suppose.
