Is This Call Of Duty: Black Ops' Zombie Component?

The ten minute video, embedded after the jump, appears to show someone playing a slice of the new game's zombie component.

Given how much of this game is leaking right now, we're going to say it's real. Though it's hard to make out too much detail due to the grainy video. Make up your own mind in the comments.
