Notice Any Hints In This Dead Space 2 Artwork? Yes, No?

They're teasing hard. A mysterious piece of artwork has popped up on their Facebook profile, with the words: "If you look closely you might find that there's a hint hidden in here about a big announcement we'll be making this week. Let the guessing begin!" Ooooh a puzzle.

We're going to guess it has something to do with the hieroglyphics in the upper-right of the corner. Someone figure it out so we don't have to, though.
