PSP Minis Will Apparently Have No "Content Approval".

Despite Apple's gaming solution being respected for its scope and variety, it's often come under fire for its inconsistent censorship scale.

PSP Minis, though, will remove the "requirement for content approval", merely getting tested by Sony to ensure the products actually, y'know, work. Apparently Sony won't be commenting on the type of content they contain.

While it's a nice thought to assume that the PSP Minis will be completely free from content approval, we're going to go out on a limb and say that while lenient, Sony are going to have to put something in place to ensure nothing overtly offensive gets through.

At the end of the day though, we're sure developers are just wishing for consistency if nothing else. Hopefully Sony can provide that for them.
