Fallout: New Vegas has just been announced at a Bethesda press conference in our home-land, England
The game will be developed in collaboration with Obsidian and will be coming to the Playstation 3 alongside other platforms.

Hines added that this title will have no impact on what Todd Howard and his team are working on. We'll have more as we learn it.
