That means this particular YouTuber (TnShun) has already bought the game, completed it and unlocked this teaser trailer depicting a grown up Little Sister on the Atlantic coast, clutching a Big Daddy plush teddy as Rapture buildings hurl their way out of the sand.

It all looks pretty genuine to me - from the art style to the music I'm presuming this to be the real deal until someone confirms otherwise.
