You'll find SiRN Staff Grace on the 7th Floor of SiRN Building during Chapter 13-4, as you make your way to the roof. Speak to her and she'll tell you to solve the following maths equation: 2^6x3x643. She'll tell you to enter the solution into keycode section of your Messages app.

The solution to the puzzle, amusingly, is 123456. Bring up the Messages app on your phone and enter this keycode. You'll receive a text message immediately, so open it and read it. Then speak to SiRN Staff Grace once more to get your reward.
