LeBron James: Biography and Overview
Before we begin to learn about all unlockables, moves, and how to win with Superman, we should get to know a little more about the character courtesy of his official biography and overview.

LeBron James |
30th December 1984 | Bruiser | John Bentley |
Born in Ohio, LeBron James plays professional basketball for the Los Angeles Lakers, and is regarded as one of the greatest players in the sport's history. The multi-award winning athlete is a household name with numerous successes outside of his NBA career. For example, he starred in the movie Space Jam: A New Legacy, a follow-up to the 1996 original which featured fellow b-ball royalty, Michael Jordan.
The movie treads similar territory to MultiVersus, featuring myriad Warner Bros. properties such as the Looney Tunes, Rick and Morty, and The Iron Giant, among many others. While not the most obvious fit for a platform fighter, LeBron James has already shown he's capable of handling the multiverse.

How to Win as LeBron James
LeBron James is classified as a Bruiser, but we'd say he's almost suited better to a support role, using his basketball and other attacks to supplement his teammate rather than being the main damage dealer.
The thing to remember with LeBron is that he essentially has two sets of moves — one when he's holding a basketball and one when he isn't. The latter is generally weaker and less reliable, and is primarily used to get a basketball back. Landing a melee hit without holding a basketball will immediately give you a basketball. LeBron's moves with a basketball are more varied and stronger, so it's in your interest to make sure he has one at all times.
He can throw the ball out with his Neutral Special, and you actually have a slight amount of control over its direction, which you can use to hit enemies at various angles. Throwing the ball doesn't have much knockback or damage but it's great for chipping away between other attacks.
LeBron's Down Special is very good for edge guarding, and if you use it on the stage, the ball will continually bounce up and down. You can knock an enemy back into this to deal a little more damage and control a part of the map.
His regular three-hit combo takes you and the enemy into the air, and fortunately, LeBron's Up attacks are quite potent, so you can quite easily get an opponent in mid-air and then juggle them a little.
