Skyrim on PS Vita.

1) Is it playable on it?
2) Do you need a memory card for the game?
3) What does Sony think about it?
4) WILL IT HAPPEN?

This signature is an awful waste of time

Yeah, Skyrim on the PlayStation Vita would be amazing. Once you get over the initial spectacle of the world, I think it's the kind of game that's perfectly suited to handheld play. Lying in bed, completing a quest or two would be an amazing experience.

I would play it if it came out. I'm sure it's possible, but I doubt it's going to happen.

by handheld it's presumed you'll be playing it on the go, and not while lying in bed. You might as well get a dualshock and play it on PS3.

That's not the point though...

I'm pretty sure It was his point, though. Some people like to play games to relax, and what's more relaxing than playing a quest or 2 in bed? Even with a dualshock, you can only do something like that if your PS3 is in your room. I myself love portables because it allows me to play my games in much more comfortable positions.

I agree to disagree.
I already know that once Vita gets in my hands, it goes everywhere with me: school, bus, doctor's office, etc. For sure, even now I love to grab my PSP and wrestle a little or kick the ball around before going to bed. But the whole purpose of it is to take it anywhere, and play anything anytime. That's why it's called PlayStation PORTABLE.
Back to topic: I'm 99.9% sure there will be no Skyrim for Vita. I'd love to be mistaken, don't get me wrong! But I'm almost positive I'm right on this one...

Well hopefully once remote play is enabled, those of us with the PS3 copy could just remote in and play. I'm mainly looking forward to playing Payday while being lazy in bed on the weekends.

There was an Elder Scrolls game in development for PSP that never made it; perhaps we'll see it transfer across to Vita..?
