Mine are as follows.
1)LittleBIGPlanet on PlayStation Vita(who wouldn't :3)
2)Sound Shapes
3)Gravity Rush
Because if I get LittleBIGPlanet, I'll mostly play that, so the list is pretty small.

Do you mean games that you want to exist but don't?  - For me a serious star wars game with Move support that give you realistic 1:1 motion control on the lightsaber, and no lag issues.
OR
Games that you are waiting or release? For me, none. I have such a backlog of games to play I can wait.

Games you can't wait for the release of, Ginkgo.  Or, you could be like that, and have the ultimate virtue of pure, massive and raw patience.

I think you mean "Games You're Dying For." At first I thout you were asking what games would we jump in front of a gun in order to save, or something more morbid.

Wolfrun?

I would die for Persona 5, as long as I could take it with me.

Lieutenant Commander of the Lesbian Love Brigade
There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown seems to be taking its sweet time at the moment.

Ni no Kuni & South Park are the announced ones I'm really looking forward to the most.

Sadly there is nothing specific announced for Vita that I am dying for. Of course I'll buy Littlebigplanet but I'm hoping e3 has some vita game surprises that get me excited.

A side scrolling castlevania, also a dark souls spin off

* Mega Man Powered Up 2-10 + World V & Bass (The reason that won't happen is obvious)
* A new Mr. Driller game

As in incoming games?

No brainer! I want Zone of the Enders HD for Vita, any reference of a Vita release seems to have evaporated.

As in fictional 'probably never going to happen' games?

Thunder Force IV HD remake on PSN (Vita) (I would probably sell my child for such a thing!)

Ikaruga on PSN with TATE mode support (Vita)

Gradius V on PSN (Vita)

R-Type Final on PSN (Vita)

Shikigami No Shiro on PSN (Vita)

SoldnerX Final Prototype for Vita

see where I'm going with this . . .

Chrono Cross on the Pal PSN.

DavynD

Minecraft on Vita & PS3 with cross-platform multiplayer.

A Fallout or Elder Scrolls Vita with at least half as much depth as the console titles.

Another Uncharted on Vita. Golden Abyss was so good, and it left the door open for more adventures involving Chase.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII and Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep on PSN.

The first Legend of Heroes on PSN. It was one of the first PSP titles I played, and I'm incredibly nostalgic for it.

Annnd lastly, Klonoa 2: Lunatea's Veil as a PS2 classic on PSN.
