Got my first crash in Thronebreaker. More of a freeze, but it froze in the middle of the save screen, and the game specifically tells you not to close the game during the save screen. My save was fine though. I hope it doesn't happen very often...
@KratosMD Hopefully you get the job, got you in my prayers.
So, a quick update on my headaches. They've gone down quite a bit since I last posted, only having two, and even then they weren't serious. Hopefully it's all done soon.
On a happier note, I've already got my early Christmas present of Mortal Kombat X, courtesy of my lovely lady. She saw how hyped I was for MK11 and decided to buy it for me.

Don't lose heart though and I probably wouldn't ask potential employers if other candidates have more experience because a) they aren't allowed to prejudice the process so probably won't admit it and b) it sends the wrong signal.
I interview a lot of people, have probably interviewed at least 100+ over the last few years for different roles and yes, experience is important but the person is also important. If you have made it to interview then there was something in the resume that ticked boxes otherwise you wouldn't get invited in. What I tend to do is get a spread of candidates, some maybe with lots of experience, some with little experience but good qualifications or maybe even someone who just clicked from what we had seen of them.
Experience can be good but it also brings baggage. It is equally important to have an attitude that matches the company, the ability to do a good interview and show promise. So if a candidate has all those and experience they may well beat you but doesn't mean it is always so. Then you add in psychological factors like personal preference and also things like candidate cost, it means every interview is worth doing.
Plus interview experience is really good - I find that my first few interviews when looking for a new role are the worst because you have to get some exposure to the environment.
Basically, don't get disheartened and keep on the search!
Now I may be an idiot, but there's one thing I am not sir, and that sir, is an idiot
So I managed to download Iconoclasts to my PS Vita and get a good few hours in yesterday when the kids were quiet. I also splurged out on vita games in the sale because there were some great titles. Then before my cloud saves backed up, my 32gb memory card when tittles up and no longer works at all. Can’t even format it, tried all sorts. Really gutted as I only had it 2 years and they are so expensive now. I do have a backup 8gb on my ps tv but lost a good 2-3 hours on iconoclasts (which is flipping great btw). Ah well, if that’s the worse that happened to me over Christmas I guess...

@KratosMD Thanks man. I managed to backup all data to my Mac so going to see if I can restore my saves otherwise I have lost so much progress on Iconoclasts. Gaming time is so limited for me that the idea of losing a good few hours is soul destroying!

Quick shout out to @Kidfried and @KalofKrypton
Haven’t seen those guys around much lately and I always enjoy their posts. — Hope you chaps are alright and can pop in soon!
And also that LaNooch dude. He used to post every day and then vanished, like beemo. Those guys always had good insight as well.

I think Kidfried left. They (can't remember the user's gender) said they were leaving in a post and the profile is now the default avatar. Hopefully they come back, both of them.

@Octane@DerMeister Ah well, I know it’s the holiday season and people are buried in their real lives. I know I’ve not been as active the last few weeks as I usually am due to the busyness of the season. Hopefully all is well with them. You get attached to the other users on here and honestly care about them and so I can’t help but worry. @kyleforrester87 It’s too bad that the thumbs down thing drove him away, since the function doesn’t really seem that intrusive. I don’t see PS going to a policy where thumbs down translates into bans or public shaming or anything drastic.

I actually love Spyro much more than I did back in the early 90s. I've heard a lot of people complain about stuff like motion blur and stuff, I've not noticed anything wrong.
@DerMeister@Th3solution Yeah Kidfried got into with another user IIRC and it didn't go well, so he said he was leaving. Not sure if it was permenant or temporary. It could also be due to the holidays as well.
