The New Term Is - MRD, Many Release Dates.

Think of it as a disease of some sort.  LBP2, LBPV and Kid Icarus Uprising all suffer from it.  LittleBigPlanet 2 was released on November 2010, while also being released on January 18, 2011.  LittleBigPlanet Vita is coming out in March, April and June.
Kid Icarus Uprising was said to be coming in February and March.

All MRD even means is that its release date is known, but at the same time, NOT known.  It gets people hyped at times only at that time, make them depressed.  LittleBigPlanet Vita suffers even more because the Sony website says its coming on March 31, while PS Vita papers say it's coming in April, but most depressingly, Amazon says its  coming in June.

Is it going to catch on, or is it just a pure waste of time?  It all depends on if the people of Push Square use it!

Often retailers and websites use placeholder dates -- Gamestop lists about 30 games for 31st December when we all know that won't happen.

Release dates changing is just a fact of life. It's really no big deal!

@fssoviet

I look over all my threads and they're all how I intend them to be, and I see why you'd say that, this and all my threads are equally ridiculous.  Besides, if that were a real gaming term, everybody'd be saying it to me XD
