Yousef-

Hey everyone. I thought this would be an interesting topic.
What 1st games do you wanna see get made?
No, not what’s “best for Sony”
Be as subjective and as personal as you want. This is just about personal taste.
Do you want specific sequels?
Do you want only new IPs?
Do you want more shooters or platformers?
What about remasters? Like for InFamous?
I want an inFamous remaster!

I also wish this meme became true…

Well as someone who was pretty late to PlayStation train and I owned my first one at 2017. I missed a lot of blockbusters over the years so I don't mind few remasters and remake. I wish if Sony can do a full a God of War Trilogy remake or remaster, Infamous as well.

But I really can't wait for Ghost of Tsushima 2.

I'd love to see Sony really work on pushing to get the best out of their relatively recent acquisitions of Housemarque (Returnal) and Bluepoint (Demons Souls remake).

Returnal is one of my favorite games of all time, and the DeS remake was a gorgeous effort in bringing that game into the hands of the contemporary gaming generation.

Bluepoint to undertake a full-scale Bloodborne remake (PS6 launch title?) would be amazing, but I'd love to see new IP from both of those studios.

"Show me something different/new" is my beg when it comes to games, TV, movies... moreso now than ever.

More sad Dad stuff, so the next God of War reboot and Last of us 3.

Although we’re never gonna get it - Days Gone 2

Although we’re never gonna get it #2 - The Order 1887

Cory Barlog’s sci-fi opus.

A new inFamous game that is more 1 & 2 than SS & FL

A Bluepoint Bloodborne remake…

which brings me onto a From Soft Bloodborne 2

The rumoured Venom expandalone would be nice too.

edit. remastered Killzone and Resistance collections

edit #2. Sony should forget their current GaaS plans and reinvent Warhawk for the current & next gen.

Probably a different topic really but seeing that meme makes me wish game development could pick up the pace again

Imagine getting a great new IP like Crash, Jak or Uncharted... And having 3 or 4 of the games in half a decade!

@roe Yeah, they’ve slowed down development by 75%! Studios make one release per generation instead of four.

Ape Escape.

I've always wanted another game, but playing Astro Bot just makes it even more. The Ape Escape level seems so genuine, like a actual level from the game. A lot from Astro Bot seems like it would fit so well into an Ape Escape game. Team Asobi seem like the perfect candidates to make a new game, assuming they will do something other than Astro Bot.

Would love to see remasters of the Ratchet & Clank Future Series on PS5, Killzone Trilogy on PS5, also The Resistance trilogy remastered on PS5 and the Infamous games from the PS3 era get a remaster on PS5 as well, also to bring back Uncharted 2 MP on PS5, had so much fun with it

I would love to have Killzone VR Remasters. Resistance too, it would be such a great way to support PSVR2 and revive the old classics.

Yes.

Also more story driven first person or third person single player games.

And another fighting game similar to PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale just maybe less like Super Smash Bros and more like Injustice/Mortal Kombat or Soul Calibur.

Personally, I’m waiting not only for sequels to old series from Sony, but also for some new and interesting IPs, especially action-adventures and platformers. But honestly, besides games, I’m also interested in betting, especially when there are services like dexsport that let me place bets on sports events or even esports. It adds some excitement and helps to pass the time when I’m waiting for new game releases. It would be great if Sony tried to integrate something like this into their platforms, or at least offer it as a separate service for fans. But if I have to choose from games, I wouldn’t mind an inFamous remaster and I’d like to see new projects from Naughty Dog.

@PorkChopExpress I highly doubt we will see a sequel to Days Gone seeing what happened with Bend and Sony afterwards. And the main guy who wrote most of it John Garvin is no longer there. It actually sold reasonably well, but was released in a pretty bad state which was eventually fixed up. Aaaaaaand their next game is... an AAA live service game.

Not played them, but didn't Sony publish the Dark Cloud games by Level 5? They could bring those back. I think can buy them on the PS store.

Socom has been long rumoured as a former Rainbow 6 developer joined Guerrilla. But nothing offical or even a sniff has really been seen since.

For me it would be Motorstorm as I didn't play those. I like a good arcade racer, and the stuff like the most recent Crew game didn't really do it for me. Hopefully a Forza Horizon game comes to PS5 soon!

Life is more fun when you help people succeed, instead of wishing them to fail.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
