Topic: Buying ps now games on ps store without subscribing to ps now

So i wanted to know its been hinted a couple times when if ever will we be able to buy the ps3 and psp games off ps now without subscribing to ps now on the ps4 or ps5 it'd be awesome to play the whole god of war collection thx in advance

PSNow is a streaming service it just streams games, its not like Game Pass on Xbox.
