It would be very difficult to list all the PS4 games I own as the number is easily over 100 & I think a lot of people are probably in the same boat.

I currently have 68 games installed on my PS4 plus a couple of PS4 games installed on PS5. According to the library I have purchased 436 games or apps (255 from PS+) which I have access to if I wanted to install them. And that's not including the other PS4 games you can get on PS5 if you are a PS+ member.
Having more than a hundred is probably much more common than you think.
I've got 54 physical PS4 games on my shelf, and probably twenty-odd digital games in my Library. That's not counting any PS Plus "free" giveaways, which I rarely claim anyway.
I'll list 'em if you really want, but it'd be quite a boring and predictable list, I'd imagine.

14 physical games on PS4. 40 or so digital games, although probably half of them were cross-purchases that I got for buying a game on Vita, and the rest were cheap PSN purchases I grabbed on sale for $10 or less. Except Bloodborne. Paid full price for my digital copy of that. Ugh. Otherwise, if I'm interested in a new-ish release, I grab it physically.
I only play a few PS4 games each year, so I've still got quite a few of those games to play.

So this took a while to work out. My PSN was made in 2015, but I didn’t get a PS4 until April 2016. Says I played 317 games. Now this number would count some PS3 & PSVita games, demos & dlc. Anything with trophies really.
I currently have installed 136 games (thanks external hard drive!). 6 of which are discs as I tend to delete physical games once I’m done. From the remaining 130, 78 are remasters, PS2 classics & PSVR games so that leaves 52 digital games.
I also have 81 physical PS4 games.
In total that leaves me with a collection of 130+ PS4 games. That’s not counting the 82 PS+ games & non PS4 games. That sounds about right to me, although the math might be slightly off.
That would take ages to list.

Yeah I'm not listing the 346 games I have for PS4 according to my game library. And that is not including the 20 games I have on disc, which is a mixture of PS4 and PS5 titles.

My numbers are probably similar to @JohnnyShoulder and others. Somewhere over 300 digital titles in the library and around 20 discs. Only about 40-50 are downloaded onto my PS4 and external HD atm.
PS5 numbers are much more manageable. I have probably only about 20 native PS5 games. That’s a wild guess. I only have 21 games downloaded on the PS5 and 10 of them are native PS5 games.
