Topic: No sound from Sony Pulse headset

I just got new Sony pulse headset and cannot get them to work..
i obviously have the most recent updates..

I do everything needed.. i put in the dongle and boot up the headphones then my playstation recognizes it and the sound cuts out on the television because i have the settings to have all audio to headphones.

but when i listen to the headphones i hear nothing... ive tested them so i know they work...

anyone have this issue?

To be honest they sound like they have some problems.. Get a replacement if they are new!

Is this one the PS4 or the PS3? Bizarrely, I had a similar issue with mine on the PS3 last night. They seem to be working fine (for now) on the PS4, though.
