I think it'll start out as a Sony exclusive service for higher end mobile devices and slowly roll out over other platforms. Whatever the equivalent of Ouya and GameStick are in a few years will be the core target market. They could succeed where Onlive pretty much failed.

Honestly with Gaikai I will be happy with just Sony games for the time being. There are some PS3 games that I missed that I would want to play and some PS2 that I want to play again.
