Topic: Could Cyberpunk 2077 possibly be the 1st AAA game to be released with 0 delays?

I think no other AAA studio has accomplished this. I know it could still be delayed. But as of right now if it actually comes out on April 16,it could possibly be the 1st AAA title to get released with 0 delays,and in this day and age to me that is a huge accomplishment.

Huh? There must be plenty of AAA games released without delays no? And really this topic is meaningless since no one can predict the future. What should we do exactly? Beyond singing CDPR's praises for announcing an April 16 release date I'm not sure what else can be said!

@kyleforrester87 Really? Name me 1 AAA game that didn't have at least 1 release date change. The annual sports titles don't count for me,so don't anyone name them,lol.

@hulkie I'm not sure off the top of my head, you may well be right but I am sure there must be some! Either way, I don't think Cyberpunk having an April release date warrants a discussion. FF7 Remake and Death Stranding both have release dates locked in, too, and these appear to be on track to release on time as of today.

i would rather a AAA game is delayed so it's the best it can be at launch rather than release as a broken mess which companies like Ubisoft was doing, just look at AC Unity and the state it launched in

The Call of Duty games are not usually delayed are they?

Yeah I'm not entirely sure what the point of this thread is either...

@RogerRoger yeah i don't see that being delayed, i think EA have too much riding on it after the backlash from the other Star Wars games

Has any AAA game released without a day 1 patch this gen?

That is not my idea for the poll, I'm just throwing it up in the air to see if it sticks.
