Topic: Unlock keys

I downloaded games to a new ps3 which were previously purchased on a different ps3. I am having a problem with one game (super mega baseball) everytime I want to play it I have to re-download the unlock key which I have done 3-4 times in the last couple months. So I basically can't play the game if I don't have access to the internet.

So I tried deleting and redownloading the whole game plus unlock key and same result. Basically if I leave the PS plugged in to an outlet it remembers - but whenever unplugged it will go back to trial mode.

I figured out this problem is because the ps3 is not saving the date and time whenever it's unplugged. There are many topics about this from a google search, one suggested the battery will recharge if left on (mine didn't after 7-8 hours) others just say the battery needs to be replaced.
