How do you download EU PSN games if you're in the US? (without having to make an EU PSN account)

i'm pretty sure you have to make an separate PSN account for whichever region you're trying to download games from.

You can't.

You can, but you can only download demos, videos etc. Basically you can`t buy anything.

I`m from England but also use a US account to download The Tester etc

what about ordering a EU PSN CARD?

You could always buy prepaid cards online and add money to your account that way. I've done this a couple times to get Europe only psn titles and even a couple of Japanese ones.

I've even got a PSN+ account in Europe for all the "free" content that is different from the USA store. I was able to get this cheap because I had a friend who lived in the UK. I transfered him money with Paypal (like 2% fee?) and he got me a code

Note: You'll still NEED to make a new EU account if you want to access their store. No way around that my friend

Yeah, just Google Game Cards and many different sites will pop up that you can use. Some will even have your code in like 15 minutes.
