I heard that you can get free fan-made PS3 themes. Is this true and is it safe like the PSN Profiles website? Also I heard there are some websites that let you download free fan-made non-pirated games for your PS3 is this true and if so are any of them safe and trustworthy?

Honestly if it's not through the PSN store I wouldn't use them. But that's just me. Better safe then sorry.

On second thought I just went to that site you posted and something downloaded and installed on my phone. So to be safe I am ending this thread here. If it's not an officially Sony you will have to ask somewhere else I am afraid.
