Yeah mine was Motorstorm and I was totally blown away by it!!! I just wished Motorstorm 2 was as good! Fingers crossed they will have it sorted for the 3rd installment!!
I played motorstorm at an eb games location, unfortunately since Ps3 had nothing in terms of games until little big planet, I didnt buy my ps3 until the march after the release of little big planet.
first game I played on my own personal ps3, Little big planet obviously.
and just to comment, did I hear someone bought a ps3 for Final fantasy 13? my response WTF that game was absolute garbage.

I`m not sure if maybe it`s just me getting older but I didnt get the same "feeling" playing FF13 on the PS3 either ...
sorry I tried to enjoy FF13 but after an hour of pressing X i didnt feel like I was playing a game at all and might aswell start watching some anime and at least not have to press x. it looked pretty atleast.
killzone2. I was one of the few who enjoyed the first one so its a no brainer really. Completely blew away with a decent SP, Brilliant MP and mind-blowing graphics (to each his own on the graphics bit eh lol) The Ps3 exclusives have rocked time and time again. glad I sold my 360 lol now I just need Twisted Metal to be released....
RESIDENT EVIL 5 GOLD EDITION! that was pretty much the reason why i got the ps3 but it only took me 3 days to finish but i'm not going to stop until i get EVERY trophy and unlock-able
Hah, shoulda guessed. Did you get a PS3 with move so you could try out the motion controls?
i havn't gotten the move yet i really want to try it out for re5 and mag
Move controls on resident evil 5 are awesome, I wouldnt play the game because I didnt like the controls but with the Move Its one of my favorite games.
Madden 11 was the first PS3 game I played at a friends house but I got Resident Evil 5 along with my PS3 at the same time so that was my first owned game I played.
Heavy Rain (before Move support was added or Move even existed), quickly followed by Assassins Creed II.
Technically the first game was some driving game on my brother in-laws about a year earlier, but that doesn't count cause I don't even know what it was.
my first ps3 game was the free download for pain that came with the Metal Gear Solid 4 ps3 bundle. I remember being really impressed that the graphics for downloadable games could compare to retail releases, I was so naive!
This was on my brother's ps3, I didn't buy my own until early August in 2009 before he went off to college and took the console away. Of course this was just a few weeks before the ps3 slim release and a $100 price cut that I failed to take advantage of. . .
