Thinking of buying the new headset, but not sure. I would have at max 1.5m X 1.5m available in the gaming / office room. Is it pointless to buy or will it be ok? I was looking at the new horizon game and it would be enough for 2 of the 3 modes. Would I be missing out not having enough space for the roomscale mode?
There’s no way to tell for sure as of yet, but I doubt most games will use room-scale to that extent.
Your post had me interested so I did some research. There are a few games that have a min requirement of 6ft7in x 6ft7in (2m x 2m) like light brigade.
Having said that, from my somewhat limited experience (Day 1 PSVR owner) most games can be enjoyed sitting down.
Only games I stood up for were Sprint Vector & Batman VR.
I would say wait for reviews to be on the safe side.

@Fight_Teza_Fight Thanks, I just saw that mentioned when reading the PSVR2 page on the direct site. Hopefully most won't need it. Would be good if they release an update for GT7. I have a wheel and would be cool to try it out in VR.
