Topic: Violation

Just wondering how this works,

I setup an account for my daughter, i was unable to verify when i done this, but this morning i went to verify, however, according to PS her account has been suspended due to a violation, the violation in question points to a financial institution charge. how can this be when i have the kids account set to $0.00.

has anyone come across this and worked out the issue, i have to admit i am not impressed at this stage with Sony, not even anyone to talk to about this,

so makes no sense, the childrens account cannot purchase, so really scratching my bonce

Unfortunately you will have to wait till the pandemic is over and contact Sony then. No one around here can help you since this site isn't affiliated with Sony.

even trying to find the contact info appears to be a mission, not impressed to be honest.

i just setup another account, and same thing happened.
