I setup an account for my daughter, i was unable to verify when i done this, but this morning i went to verify, however, according to PS her account has been suspended due to a violation, the violation in question points to a financial institution charge. how can this be when i have the kids account set to $0.00.
has anyone come across this and worked out the issue, i have to admit i am not impressed at this stage with Sony, not even anyone to talk to about this,
Unfortunately you will have to wait till the pandemic is over and contact Sony then. No one around here can help you since this site isn't affiliated with Sony.
