So here is the problem and it resolved itself. At first this game only allowed or showed two songs. (It should be like 220 songs.) It is really for my daughter. I even deleted and re-installed it. It finally started working after the chat below late afternoon. Besides a failed second install it just started working? PS4 Playstation. We worked on it for like 5 hours.
In the Chat I was basically refused help. Bought playstation for daughter. I am very old and I don't play games. I did give her my login, player name, email, phone, that the store charged me over $200 worth of games to load the machine. The other games appear to work fine. At least the daughter is happy.
The good news is that with the chat that would be all I needed to dispute the charge after contacting the merchant. Fortunately, the game started to work and daughter is happy.
On-line ID? Player 1 has a name. And the Playstation updated that from my Sony Game Store Login. I gave her that info. Personal info below replaced with XXXXX. Not sure how I feel about Chat? But it provides wonderful documentation for a refund! Have other had good Chat experience or maybe post here in the future. Playstation arrived yesterday and all new to this stuff. Glad the game mysteriously started to work. Used to use the Wii.

@DietCPA You mention that it's working now, so I assume that you're now seeing 220+ songs on Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone, is that right?
I think the reason that you only saw 2 songs at first was because it was possibly downloading three different things. The bundle consists of the "base" Future Tone game containing just 2 songs, along with the 2 packs "Colorful Tone" and "Future Sound" that add 100 or more songs each to the game. So you probably saw that the "base" game had installed, so Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone showed up as installed, but it was actually still downloading the 2 packs containing the other songs.
@crimsontadpoles Thank you. That makes sense but I did see it download and appeared to be finished but with multiple packs maybe you could not see the others download? It could not just have started working on it own and yes 220+ songs. 14 year old daughter very happy. And very happy with PS4!
