Topic: Purchase Not Showing

Hi everyone, first post on here.

Just bought Skyrim and it doesn't appear anywhere on my PS4.

I've tried showing hidden purchases but can't as it's showing no purchases so I can't access that menu to show the hidden items. The PS4 is activated as my main PS4. I've tried restoring licences. It shows on my PS4's transaction history.

I was really excited to play it tonight but it's looking like I'll need support from PS, just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if so how to resolve it?

@Mcleansc you didn’t buy the PS5 version by mistake or something did you?

@colonelkilgore the PS5 version would still show up on the PS4 wouldn’t it ? i remember when i had my ps4 it’ll show the “PS4/PS5” icon on some games .

It wasn't the game I'd purchased, but the DLC's. Didn't read it properly like a total idiot. Sorted now. Thanks again for trying to help 👍
