Topic: PS4 Profile Management

Hi all, I’m hoping you can assist me. I have a PS4 and my own account is set as the Parental account. With two profiles for my children.

My daughter had an issue on her profile where she was unable to save the progress in Gran Turismo. I then created a new profile for her, with a online PSN account. And she could play no issues and save.

My sons profile worked fine for Gran Turismo and would save fine. He had an online profile.
However he has just bought a game Escapists 2, and under his profile it shows a padlocked icon.
But the game is accessible through my daughters account.

I’ve checked the parental / family management levels, and he can play games for 12 year olds. (Escapists is age 7)

It gives a message when trying to play the game under his account and will only allow my account to play the game if his is logged out.
He has a few other age 7 games and has no issues with those.

Any thoughts or suggestions? I’ve checked through the profiles and can’t see any differences.

Some searches I’ve done refer to a SEN profile. Is there a way that I can login to the accounts on a laptop and view / compare the two profiles to look for any differences? Ie dates of birth? ( I know when I created my daughters 2nd account I used my DOB. But can’t be sure what I used when creating my sons.
