hey guys.. i have a tecnhical problem if anyone ps user knows. my tv shows black screen when i switch on the console.i tried another hdmi cable, nothing. i connected the laptop through hdmi to this tv and was working, so its not either the tv that has a problem nor the cable. when i connected the ps4 to the other tv of the house, it was all fine. what is the problem then and stopped playing in the tv i was using?
@Johnnysuede Might be worth booting into safe mode to change the resolution, as it could be set wrong for the problem TV. Or you could change the PS4 resolution setting lower when connected to TV that does work, and then move the ps4 back to the problem TV to see if any different.
