When the turning the PS4 back on from rest mode while downloading something, is it normal for it to go back into preparing to download, take the amount already downloaded and subtract it from the total file size, and show that as the new total file size.
Example: 50 GB update file installs 25 GBs while in rest mode, once it's turned back on, it goes back into preparing to download, then starts again but with 0/25 GBs.
