Topic: Ps4 controller.Sometimes player moves slow

In dead by daylight my character sometimes moves slowly as if im slightly pushing the left analog stick
Other games with analog stick pressure effecting movement speed are fine

Would this effect all games that detect the degree your analog stick is pushed?
Dead by daylight has no dead zone setting but if i could change it anyway would the problem be fixed?

@Flowernose I have the same problem with certain other games. Apparently it's caused by a build up of dust under the joint of the analogue stick and can be temporarily fixed by blowing into it. I wish I was lying but it does actually seem to work.
Push 'up' on the analogue stick and blow the underside then vice versa. Hope it helps because I know how annoying it is.

You can also try with a contact cleaner spray.

@Flowernose i have the exact same problem in dbd. Have u found any solutions to it yet
