Hi, I wanted to buy a game with paypal and both from the ps4 console and on the ps website I can't pay for it. On the play, when I click on pay and it gives me 2 options 1) a QRCODE code that scans it tells me that it is not a paypal code 2) going to the website. So I try on the ps store site, I enter the paypal payment method and it warns me that it is already in use, then I click on pay and it gives me this error: Unable to process the payment due to insufficient funds or missing information.
Can you tell me how I can solve this problem?

in the official playstation site, I only find the various questions / answers that do not help me to solve the problem I do not know how to contact support
